Responsibilities
Details:
· Duration: 6 months
· Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F Schedule 8am-5pm
· Payrate to temp: $23 to $25 based on the candidate’s experience
Brief overview of assignment:
Administrative Support for the Senior Admin Assistant by provide routine administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Financial systems, working in the p-card portal. Receptionist for the finance department, serving as the first point of contact for individuals arriving from the elevator and screening calls. Document Handling draft, edit, and organize various documents, including reports and correspondence. Scheduling and Coordination Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for staff. Inventory Management monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Confidentiality handles sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Serve as supporting staff to Boards or Commissions by taking minutes, preparing information packets, and coordinating meeting times and locations.
- Experience: Three (3) years of general administrative support experience. Demonstrated proficiency at an intermediate level in Microsoft Word.
- Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Skilled administrative support and receptionist duties.
- Intermediate experience with Excel and Adobe.
- Experience processing invoices and billing for departmental budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, and preparing related reports.
- Experienced in record keeping, and retrieval of large volumes of records.
- Experience in office logistics, ordering supplies, making travel arrangements, making staff schedules.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
