Manufacturing Support Technician

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Friday – Sunday
• 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• 3 twelve-hour shifts (36 hours total)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Support Technician to assist with post-processing and finishing operations in a production environment. This role focuses on supporting manufacturing workflows, preparing parts, operating finishing equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform post-processing and finishing tasks on manufactured parts
• Operate and monitor equipment used for cleaning and finishing
• Visually inspect parts to ensure quality and completeness
• Follow detailed job instructions and work orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Support various stages of production as needed
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
• Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
• Comfortable working overnight/weekend shifts
