Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various machinery and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

1st shift- 6AM-2:30PM - $17.50/hr

2nd shift- 2PM-10:30PM -$18.38/hr

3rd shift - 10PM-6:30AM -$20.13/hr

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in machine operation.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
