Local Construction company is looking for an Estimator. This person MUST have experience as an Estimator in the construction industry. They will be responsible, for deciding the projected time frame needed to complete a project and additional factors like labor needs, materials, budgets, and potential setbacks. This candidate must be able to work closely with many other professionals including consultants, contractors, accountants and operations personnel.

Job Duties:

· Experience with budget analysis.

· Analyzing required documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the projects.

· Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of the service or product.

· Preparing material and cost estimates.

· Creating labor estimates for any projects.

· Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors.

· Experience with cost analysis

· Able to present prepared estimates to management.

· Able to compile and record actual costs.

· Must have strong computer skills.

· Must have effective communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
