Hospitality Event Staff – Upscale Winery Events

Flexible Work | Supplemental Income Opportunities

AtWork is currently hiring reliable hospitality professionals to support upscale winery and event venues throughout the area. If you enjoy working events, providing great guest experiences, and want flexible opportunities to earn supplemental income, we would love to connect with you.

This is W-2 employment through AtWork — not 1099 contract work.

We are seeking experienced team members for a variety of event-based hospitality roles, including:

Server / Barback (runner) – $18–$19/hr

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly service
• Assist with seating and guide guests through menu items and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent guest service

Bartender – $19–$20/hr (+tips)

• Greet guests and take beverage orders in a professional and engaging manner
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks with attention to detail and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout events

Banquet Setup / Houseman – $19/hr

• Set up event and banquet spaces based on floor plans and event specifications
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and décor to create a polished event environment
• Assist with audiovisual equipment, lighting, and event breakdown after completion

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hospitality or event service experience preferred
• Experience in roles such as server, bartender, barback, busser, or banquet setup
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events

Certifications Required

Candidates must have valid certifications, including:

• RBS and/or TIPS Certification
• Food Handler Certification

Candidates who also have additional hospitality or event skills may have opportunities to be placed on other assignments through our agency, providing additional work opportunities.
