Job description:

Location: Desert Hot Springs, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Flower Associates/Technicians to join our indoor cannabis cultivation team in Desert Hot Springs. This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of flower production while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant maintenance, including pruning, defoliation, and trellising
• Assist with transplanting and other cultivation tasks as needed
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and state regulations
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a cultivation environment
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Active City of Desert Hot Springs Cannabis Live Scan clearance is required prior to starting employment
• Previous cannabis cultivation or agricultural experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
