AtWork is working with a  growing cannabis company looking for dedicated Cultivation Technicians to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Cultivation Technician, your primary responsibilities will include planting, harvesting, and caring for cannabis plants, ensuring they thrive throughout their growth cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planting, harvesting, and maintaining cannabis plants
• Caring for plants to promote healthy growth and yield
• Working in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Ensuring plants are properly watered, pruned, and monitored for pests or diseases

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or agriculture is required
• Experience with planting flowers, trees, or working in agriculture is highly preferred
• Knowledge of horticulture practices is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
