Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team in Palm Springs. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for helping clients protect their assets and a proven track record in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
• Policy Sales and Service: Sell and service property and casualty insurance policies, ensuring clients understand their coverage options and benefits.
• Claims Assistance: Assist clients with the claims process, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to mitigate risks.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with state insurance regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Must possess a valid Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Experience: Ideally, 2+ years of recent experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
• Availability: Available to work full-time or part-time but must be able to work on-site in our Palm Springs office.
