Job Title: Admissions Advisor
Location: Temecula, CA (On-Site)
Schedule: Full Time (temp-hire) | Monday - Friday
Pay: $24–$28/hr (DOE)

Overview
We are seeking a motivated, goal driven Admissions Advisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates coming from sales, retail, call center, or other metric driven environments who are ready to grow their career in higher education.
In this role, you will connect with prospective students, guide them through the admissions process, and help them take the next step toward their educational goals. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, high activity levels, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, performance driven environment.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Shift may vary based on business needs:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Flexibility is offered when possible based on candidate preference
Key Responsibilities
-Make high volume outbound and inbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest
-Respond quickly to inquiries and maintain consistent follow up
-Build rapport, understand student goals, and guide them through program options
-Manage a pipeline of leads while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly metrics
-Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
-Operate with urgency while balancing a consultative, student focused approach
What We’re Looking For
-Experience working in a metric driven environment with clear goals or quotas
-Background in sales, retail, customer service, or call center environments preferred
-Ability to be persuasive while remaining empathetic and student focused
-Strong people skills with the ability to build trust quickly
-Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and ongoing training
-Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple platforms
-Willingness to make consistent outbound calls to warm leads
-Strong organization and follow up skills
Education Preference
-Associate’s degree preferred, currently pursuing education, or willing to obtain one
-Education should be important to you, as you will be helping others invest in their future
