Account Manager – Staffing Industry

Location: Riverside, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office

An established and growing staffing firm is expanding our Riverside office and is seeking an Account Manager to help develop and maintain client relationships for our Temporary Staffing and Direct Hire services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, growing business, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective client companies
• Identify staffing opportunities for Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire placements
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments
• Partner with recruiters to ensure timely and successful placements
• Manage client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Follow up on placements and proactively identify additional staffing needs
• Track sales activity and account progress within CRM systems
• Stay informed about local hiring trends and workforce needs in the Riverside market

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, account management, or staffing industry experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Professional presentation and strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
