Enrollment Services Program Associate
Location: Temecula, CA
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Summary
The Enrollment Services Program Associate supports the Admissions Department by guiding prospective students through the enrollment process. This role focuses on promoting educational programs, responding to inquiries, and helping applicants understand the benefits of continuing their education.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet enrollment goals for assigned programs.
- Respond to prospective student inquiries and provide program information.
- Schedule appointments and conduct program presentations.
- Provide campus tours to prospective students.
- Schedule placement exams and coordinate interviews with Program Directors.
- Refer applicants to Financial Services for financial aid guidance.
- Complete enrollment documentation and application packages.
- Follow up with applicants regarding orientation, start dates, and program requirements.
- Assist with open houses, recruitment events, and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s Degree required.
- Experience: Admissions, sales, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn student record management systems
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Must be available for occasional evening or weekend events when needed.
