Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Temecula, CA

Compensation: $28.00–$31.50/hr. DOE

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Flexible Schedule in Office)

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing company in Temecula. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong accounting background who enjoys working in a collaborative and professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience and be comfortable handling revenue and cash receivables, collections, and payment processing. Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes and collections
• Process credit card payments and cash applications
• Monitor customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Support general accounting functions as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• General accounting knowledge required
• Experience with revenue and cash receivables
• Credit card processing and cash applications experience
• Strong collections background
• NetSuite experience is a major plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Pass a Background Check
