At Work is currently seeking a qualified Public Benefits Analyst to support the Utilities Department of a local City agency. The ideal candidate will have experience in utility project tracking, procurement, and data management. This role plays a key part in supporting both maintenance and capital improvement efforts within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, distribute, process, and track workorders for maintenance and capital utility projects.
• Review and reconcile workorders, contracts, labor entries, and all related costs to ensure accurate and up-to-date project records.
• Maintain and regularly update detailed records of current utility data, as well as manage access to archived information.
• Develop cost estimates for utility-related tools and equipment.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, secure necessary approvals, and track vendor orders through to completion.

Schedule:
This position follows a 4/10 work schedule, Monday through Thursday (10 hours per day), allowing for a three-day weekend every week.

Pay: $60,734.64 - $62,400.00 per year
