Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cultivation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth and maintenance of our plants, ensuring optimal conditions for cultivation. This role requires a combination of hands-on skills, mechanical knowledge, and an understanding of plant care practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily care and maintenance of plants, including watering, fertilizing, and monitoring growth conditions.
• Operate and maintain various cultivation equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Perform irrigation tasks to ensure proper water distribution throughout the growing area.
• Utilize power tools for necessary repairs and adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of plants to identify any signs of disease or pest issues and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for plant care and cultivation techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Proficiency in animal care and handling is beneficial for roles involving livestock or related responsibilities.
• Knowledge of growing techniques and plant biology is essential for successful cultivation.
• Skills in irrigation systems management to ensure optimal water supply for plant health.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
