Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. We are a leading manufacturer in the electronics industry. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems in a professional and timely manner
  • Enter and process sales orders accurately using [ERP/CRM system, e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce]
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales departments to track order status and delivery schedules
  • Resolve customer complaints, returns, or shipment issues, escalating to management when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, lead times, and company policies
  • Generate and review customer reports such as open orders, backorders, and delivery schedules
  • Assist in updating and maintaining customer accounts and records
  • Support the sales team with quotes, order follow-ups, and documentation as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, order entry, or support role (preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

Preferred:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and terminology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
