Job Title: Student Enrollment Specialist – Student Recruitment & Enrollment
Location & Schedule:

• On-site position
• Monday – Friday
• Hours may vary: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Hourly: $24 – $29 per hour + benefits

About the Role:
Are you motivated by helping others achieve their goals and hitting measurable targets? As an Student Enrollment Specialist (Admissions Counselor), you’ll guide prospective students through the enrollment process while helping them find the right career path. You’ll be responsible for student recruitment, presentations, follow-ups, and supporting enrollment goals, making a tangible impact on students’ futures.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively recruit prospective students through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Schedule and conduct campus tours, placement exams, and admissions presentations.
• Guide students through enrollment paperwork and assist with financial aid referrals.
• Follow up on orientation, start dates, uniforms, and supplies to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track and report progress toward enrollment targets and develop leads to support recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new student inquiries.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles with a results-driven mindset.
• Highly motivated, persuasive, and organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working toward measurable goals and performance metrics.
• Passionate about helping students achieve their educational and career objectives.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in sales, recruitment, admissions, or related customer-focused roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present confidently to small groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database tools.
• Flexible schedule: available evenings and some weekends for workshops or events.
