Account Management & Sales Support Specialist
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on skills and experience)
Location: Menifee, CA 92585
Schedule: Monday–Friday. Flexible start times between 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (most likely around 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Account Management & Sales Support Specialist to support our national accounts and sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customers receive accurate pricing, timely order updates, and excellent service.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers, sales personnel, and internal departments, helping coordinate order management, pricing analysis, and delivery timelines to support a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for national account inquiries, handling incoming calls, follow-ups, and order updates
- Provide pricing and delivery information for customer quotations
- Enter, edit, and manage new orders and change orders within the ERP system
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including Sales Support, Marketing, Order Processing, Shipping, Material Planning, Quality, and Accounting
- Track and expedite delivery schedules to meet customer expectations
- Prepare and analyze order status, sales performance, and operational reports
- Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and resolve order discrepancies
- Verify purchase orders and order changes to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and update charts, graphs, and performance tracking data
- Assist the Inside Sales Manager with tariff analysis and related reporting
- Maintain strong knowledge of company agreements, policies, procedures, and pricing structures
What We're Looking For
Education
- High School Diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
Experience
- Experience in customer service, sales support, purchasing, order management, or accounting
- Experience working with ERP systems or order management systems is highly preferred
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
