Pay Rate: $19.50/hour (Temporary); $20/hour (Permanent)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Residential/Commercial Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness of upscale estates and spacious office buildings. If you're a hardworking individual who takes pride in delivering a high standard of cleanliness and enjoys working independently, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential estates and commercial office spaces
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Polish furniture and fixtures as needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Handle deep-cleaning tasks on a scheduled or as-needed basis
• Restock supplies and report any damages or repair needs to management
• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to high standards
• Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and coworkers

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in cleaning large estates or commercial buildings
• Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Must be able to work 8-hour shifts consistently
• English-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Background check required
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality - MUST also have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
