AtWork Personnel is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician in the City of Barstow. This position requires working onsite on a 9/80 work schedule. The role involves a variety of maintenance tasks including but not limited to cleaning, repairing, and painting units, patching and repairing walls, replacing and repairing windowpanes, screens, countertops, doors, and locks, as well as troubleshooting and repairing electrical and plumbing issues in units.

Pay Rate:

• $29.87/hr

Shift:

9/80 work schedule- Every other Friday off

Location: Barstow, CA

Assignment Length:

• 6 month assignment

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on a 9/80 work schedule, working onsite. This position involves a variety of maintenance tasks including but not limited to cleaning, repairing, and painting units, patching and repairing walls, replacing and repairing windowpanes, screens, countertops, doors, and locks, as well as troubleshooting and repairing electrical and plumbing issues in units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, repair, and paint units
• Patch and repair walls
• Replace and repair windowpanes, screens, countertops, doors, and locks
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in housing units and/or apartments is preferred
• Strong Painting Skills for Interior and/or exterior
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
• Must have valid Drivers license, no more than 1 point on driving record.
• Must have valid liability car insurance.
