Local Construction company is looking for a Concrete Project Manager. This person will report directly the VP of Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of concrete construction projects, emphasizing flatwork and structural concrete, from initial planning to final completion.
• Must have experience and knowledge with Cement.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Field Operations Manager to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and guide the back office team, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Review, interpret, and provide feedback on project plans, blueprints, and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with both prevailing and non-prevailing wage requirements for all projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols, ensuring all projects adhere to OSHA and California safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site and office inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Provide consistent updates and reports to the Senior Field Operations Manager about project status, challenges, and resolutions.
• Attend and lead project meetings, training sessions, and workshops as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices in concrete construction. Skill Requirements
