Position Overview: AtWork Personnel is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician in the City of San Bernardino.

Pay Rate:

• $29.87/hr

Shift:

9/80 Work Schedule - 7am to 430pm

Week 1: Work four 9-hour days (Monday to Thursday) and an 8-hour day on Friday.

Week 2: Work four 9-hour days (Monday to Thursday) and have Friday off.

Location: San Bernardino, CA 92411

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on a 9/80 work schedule, working onsite. This position involves a variety of maintenance tasks including but not limited to cleaning, repairing, and painting units, patching and repairing walls, replacing and repairing windowpanes, screens, countertops, doors, and locks, as well as troubleshooting and repairing electrical and plumbing issues in units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, repair, and paint units
• Patch and repair walls
• Replace and repair windowpanes, screens, countertops, doors, and locks
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in housing units and/or apartments is preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
• Must have a valid Drivers license
• Clean DMV record

Assignment Length:

• 6 months
