Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:40 PM
- Overtime: Available as needed
- Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.50 per hour, depending on experience
Summary of Position
Provide comprehensive support to the Service organization and customers by managing administrative functions, service requests, and internal coordination. This role ensures timely, accurate communication while processing service bookings, quotes, repairs, and contract updates.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Respond to field and bench service inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Generate accurate quotes for field and bench service work.
- Create Return Authorizations in Oracle for U.S.-based customers.
- Update and maintain customer accounts and installed-base records in Oracle.
- Handle customer account updates, billing inquiries, and Work Order adjustments.
- Process service orders for repairs, loaners, and rentals.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and leadership.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Update, monitor, and renew service contracts as needed.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (this is required).
- 2+ years of customer service, call center, or service administration experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with databases and spreadsheets.
- Oracle experience preferred.
