Final Prep Technician Job Ad

Summary of Position:
We are seeking a dedicated Final Prep Technician to join our team and ensure the highest quality standards in our manufacturing process. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, checks, and tests to ensure product excellence. Collaboration with various departments and occasional coordination with external vendors will be essential.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Utilize powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to load and unload materials.
Perform dimensional and visual inspections during the manufacturing process.
Generate and review final manufacturing documentation for accuracy, traceability, and completeness.
Coordinate the movement of products across different stations to achieve timely completion.
Enter data into databases and visually verify numbers and materials.
Communicate with different departments to arrange external services, testing, or additional requirements for orders.
Other Responsibilities and Functions:

Maintain a clean work area and ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and stock to prevent loss.
Foster teamwork and maintain a positive and supportive attitude towards colleagues.
Fulfill other duties as assigned or requested.
Support continuous improvement activities such as executing standard work 5S and utilizing provided tools.
Education and Experience:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
