*We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our Solar team in Temecula, CA*

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, providing information, and handling customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.

**$18hr on temp basis (not eligible for commissions during this period)**

- Upon converting, the pay structure will be modified to include commission eligibility and base will drop to $15.50hr

- Commission Structure upon being converted will be available during interview

**Schedule: Mon- Sat (5 days within this timeframe)**

**Call Center operates 6am-7pm (8 hours within this timeframe)**

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
• Meet performance targets and goals set by the company
• Keep up-to-date with company products and services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required
