  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (no overtime expected at this time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support a large construction project. This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the project team, ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage resident correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain document control, including filing, tracking, and managing project records
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for project-related meetings
  • Coordinate with external entities (fire department, police, county agencies, etc.) for street closures and required approvals
  • Assist with field new-hire processing, onboarding paperwork, and related HR documentation
  • Support general project administration tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role (Project Administrator, Office Clerk/Manager, or Executive Assistant strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a construction or field-based environment
