Local Company is looking for a strong Administrative Assistant. This person would be the support for various office departments. The perfect candidate would have strong administrative skills, a positive attitude and good customer service qualities. This person must be a quick learner and possess the skills below.

 

  • Participate in project planning and execution.
  • Coordinate project activity
  • Collaborate with team members, project managers, architects and design teams.
  • Monitor progress, track milestones and address any deviations or challenges.
  • Generate and maintain project schedules and checklists.
  • Able to wear many hats and take on additional tasks as they come.
  • Be able to facilitate effective communication among stake holders, including clients’ subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers.
       Administrative experience in the Construction industry a plus. Qualified candidates please apply.
