Production Assembler

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: San Marcos, CA

Position Summary

The Production Assembler supports daily manufacturing operations by assembling components, performing basic quality checks, and ensuring production standards are met. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment as needed
• Meet daily production goals and line rates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (with or without accommodation)
