Job description:

Boutique construction firm in Escondido, CA, has an immediate need for a Construction PM Assistant to plan, coordinate and execute project plans under the supervision of the Vice President/Project Manager. In addition to ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, the PM Assistant will assist VP/PM with scheduling, subcontracts and estimating. To succeed in this role, you will want the following background.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree is required in Construction Management or Engineering
• 2-5 years relative experience
• Primavera P6 Scheduling Software
• Must have and maintain a current valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
• Obtain minimum vehicle insurance or 100/300/100
• Must be able to obtain DBIDS clearance
