Construction Customer Service Coordinator (CSR)
Location: Lake Elsinore, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a Construction Customer Service Coordinator (CSR) to join our team and support daily operations in a fast-paced construction services environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately and deliveries are coordinated efficiently.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within the construction, logistics, equipment rental, or a manufacturing/service-based industry. Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requests while providing excellent customer support will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders received via phone, email, or online requests
- Coordinate delivery schedules and service requests with operations and dispatch teams
- Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal departments to ensure timely service completion
- Provide customers with order updates, delivery timelines, and general support
- Maintain accurate records of orders, service requests, and customer communications
- Assist with administrative support related to customer accounts and order tracking
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in construction, logistics, or a service-based industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer requests
- Comfortable using computer systems for order entry and email communication
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
