Description

The primary Responsibility of this role is to conduct thorough inspections, checks, and tests to ensure the highest quality standards are consistently met . These activities are integral to the manufacturing process and involve close collaboration with various departments within the company, as well as occasional interaction with external vendors, both on-site and off-site.

Compensation:

  • Pay rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (compensation may vary based on experience)

Work Schedule:

  • Days of the week: Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required
  • Saturdays: Some Saturday work may be necessary

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:.

  • Ability to work with smaller components (resistors, capacitors, diodes) and be able to solder small parts onto a PC board (printed circuit board)
  • Someone who is familiar with testing and troubleshooting. Knowledge of RC Circuits (resistor/capacitor circuit) and OHM Law.
  • Proficiently operates powered industrial trucks (forklifts) for material loading and unloading.
  • Conducts visual in-process inspections of items during manufacturing.
  • Generates and meticulously reviews manufacturing final documentation to ensure accurate traceability and completeness.
  • Effectively communicates the movement of products through various stations to ensure timely completion.
  • Accurately enters data into the database and visually verifies numbers and materials.
  • Collaborates with different departments to coordinate outside services, testing, or additional requirements for orders.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a clean work area and ensures proper handling of tools, equipment, and stock to prevent loss.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to teamwork and maintains a positive, supportive attitude toward all team members.
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Supports DBS (Danaher Business System) activities, including standard work, 5S execution, and utilization of DBS tools provided.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of Manufacturing/Production working experience.
  • Proficient in data entry and inputting information into the system.
  • Previous forklift experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret Blueprints or Schematics.
