We are seeking an experienced Catering Executive Chef that would play a pivotal role in ensuring the culinary success of events, parties, and gatherings.
Job duties:
- Collaborate with team to create diverse and appealing menus tailored to different events, dietary needs, and client preferences.
- Hands-on involvement in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Overseeing kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Directing and supervising kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
- Providing guidance and training to kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Working closely with event planners and clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any special requests regarding food preparation and presentation.
- Conducting regular quality checks to maintain consistency in food taste, appearance, and portion sizes.
- Assisting in budget planning and cost control measures to optimize kitchen operations without compromising on quality.
- Bringing creativity and innovation to the table by suggesting new dishes, techniques, or presentation styles to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional culinary experiences that align with their expectations and preferences.
