We are seeking an experienced Catering Executive Chef that would play a pivotal role in ensuring the culinary success of events, parties, and gatherings.

Job duties:

  • Directing and supervising kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
  • Providing guidance and training to kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Working closely with event planners and clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any special requests regarding food preparation and presentation.
  • Conducting regular quality checks to maintain consistency in food taste, appearance, and portion sizes.
  • Assisting in budget planning and cost control measures to optimize kitchen operations without compromising on quality.
  • Bringing creativity and innovation to the table by suggesting new dishes, techniques, or presentation styles to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional culinary experiences that align with their expectations and preferences.
