As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting repairs, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing facility-related issues promptly.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions
- Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities and update work orders
- Fabricate parts and components as needed
- Interpret schematics and work with logic controllers
- Engage in residential painting tasks when required
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or staff
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with team members and residents
- Welding skills to repair metal components is a plus
- Leadership abilities to coordinate maintenance projects effectively
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience in fabricating parts and components for repairs
- Knowledge of logic controllers for equipment maintenance
- Previous experience in residential painting is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and concerns promptly
- Ability to use CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
