Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Utility Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and workstations as needed.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning, organizing, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Support various departments by providing assistance with manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving materials, and loading/unloading supplies.
• Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision when required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a utility or labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus, along with familiarity with hand tools and equipment operation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
