We are looking for a Production Clerk to join a local Carlsbad Manufacturing company. This company manufacturers small, specialized electronic pieces.
The Production Clerk plays a vital role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that production operations run smoothly and efficiently. The position will be completing administrative duties like inventory control, creating BOMs, reviewing customer orders, as well as completing some light assembly.

• Monday - Friday
• 5AM - 1:30PM
• $28-30/hr

Duties

• Reviewing different work orders to ensure the products are complete
• Communicating with customers
• Assisting the production manager with inventory management and tracking different materials
• Create and review BOMs
• Bring production materials to the production line
• Troubleshooting issues that develop
• Looking for defects in the machinery and equipment
• Performing maintenance tasks on the equipment and on the worksite, including repairing machinery, cleaning the facility, and polishing the materials
• Managing documents and paperwork that is related to the production process
• Ordering new supplies
• Assist in the assembly of products on the production line, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate components as required.
• Document production activities accurately for inventory management and quality control purposes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Assembly
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues is desirable.
• Ability to use computer and various software programs
• Willingness to learn new things
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
