Encinitas Light event looking for Trail Stewards. The Trail Stewards are standing on the pathways, making sure that guests are having a great and safe experience. The poisiton does require the ability to walk, stand ,and be outside for about 6 hours (breaks included)- the event is rain or shine. The event is running most nights of Novemeber and December.

$18/hr

Shifts are 4pm to 10:30pm and are subject to change. Please reach out to receive the full schedule. November 14th is a mandatory training day that all staff must attend.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees
• Ensure the safety of event attendees
• Assist with crowd control and managing lines or queues
• Help with ticketing and registration processes
• Provide information and directions to event attendees

Requirements:

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Availability and relaibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
