Job description:
Summary: The Customer Service Representative supports water product lines by answering calls, processing orders, preparing correspondence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role acts as a liaison between customers and the company to facilitate sales and resolve account or service issues, providing information about products and services.
Location: Hemet, CA
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $20–$22/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter orders into ERP system
- Enter PO's from customers into ERP
- Prepares work orders for distribution to the production department
- Ensures SOP's are up to date and changed as needed.
- Receive and make calls direct from and to customers through call center log in.
- Review Bill of Material (BOM) and adjust as needed
Skills and Experience Needed
- 4 years of customer service and admin experience
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, spreadsheets and databases
- Must be very detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- A sense of urgency, accountability, and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a Drug test.
