Job description:

Position: Machine Shop Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Machine Shop Scheduler to keep our production floor running smoothly and efficiently. If you have hands-on experience with JobBOSS ERP and a strong background in machine shop operations, we’d like to hear from you.

Pay range: $27.00 – $31.00 per hour (depends on your experience)

Location: Temecula, CA

Schedule: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules.
• Prioritize jobs based on due dates and customer requirements.
• Ensure materials, tools, and labor resources are available for each job.
• Coordinate scheduling with purchasing, engineering, quality, and sales teams.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules using ERP/MRP systems.
• Communicate effectively with shop floor teams and internal departments.

Qualifications

• JobBOSS ERP experience is preferred
• Proven background in machine shop or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with machining processes, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
