Local company is looking for TWO Vacation Rental Host's (customer service/admin assistance). The perfect candidate will have Excellent customer service  and Administrative skills and must have the below experience and knowledge.

• Must be able to understand Spectrum Cable and how to install home cable boxes.
• apps and how to instruct guests on using remotes and switching to streaming services, etc.
• Also must be able to troubleshoot TV and cable equipment.
• Must be able to understands Wi-Fi and able to help guests connect to their laptops.
• Basic knowledge of pool equipment. How pools only heat when filters are running and how to troubleshoot with pool service and assist guests.
• Basic knowledge of A/C thermostats, Nests and programming equipment.
• Able to meet with guests to instruct on appliances and wireless services, pools, etc.
• Have a very good understanding of computers and a bonus if he/she knows WordPress and Excel and Track PMS
• Good on phones and with people … “People Person”
• Has a reliable vehicle.
• A little flexibility in hours.
• Willing to work seasonally – October through early May.
• Strong administrative skills in Word and Excel.
