Production Coordinator
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours per Week: 40+

Compensation: Pay: $19.50

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Coordinator to support our MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) team. In this role, you will manage work orders, oversee workflows through post-processing areas, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production schedules and maintain a strong understanding of project timelines and priorities.
  • Communicate delays, issues, or schedule changes to the Project Management team and department leads.
  • Maintain an on-time delivery (OTD) rate of 95% or higher in accordance with department metrics.
  • Enter accurate data into QA databases and other tracking systems.
  • Support Project Technicians and Project Managers by providing updates and resolving workflow challenges.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors, Engineers, Project Technicians, and the Shipping Department to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Inspect parts for defects, ensuring quality standards are met; reject defective parts when necessary and document findings.
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvements to reduce costs, minimize scrap, and improve efficiency and delivery times.
  • Ensure all jobs are processed and delivered to Quality Control and Shipping on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Education & Experience

  • Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with quality control processes is a plus.

Compensation

  • Pay: $19.50
