Job Title: Floral Bouquet Maker/ Ensamblador(a) de Ramos Florales
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, Full-Time
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

START TIME: 4PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for detail-oriented and creative individuals to join a fast-paced floral production team. As a Bouquet Maker, candidates will hand-assemble fresh flower bouquets, following specific design patterns and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Assemble bouquets based on visual guides and floral “recipes”
• Maintain speed and consistency in a high-volume environment
• Handle flowers delicately to avoid damage
• Work while standing in a refrigerated COLD environment
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols

Responsabilidades:

• Armar ramos florales según ejemplos visuales y “recetas” de flores
• Mantener velocidad y consistencia en un entorno de alta producción
• Manipular flores con cuidado para evitar daños
• Trabajar de pie en un ambiente refrigerado
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada
• Seguir todos los protocolos de seguridad e higiene

Requirements:

• Floral arranging or production experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable working in cold conditions
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented
• Punctual and reliable

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en arreglos florales o producción
• Comodidad para trabajar en ambientes fríos

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
