*** TEMP to HIRE role***

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler with experience in full start-to-finish assembly of small, complex products, ideally in aerospace or other highly regulated industries. This is not a line assembly role — candidates will assemble, test, and inspect assemblies independently while following engineering drawings and work instructions, ensuring precision and quality throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build small, complex assemblies from start to finish (beginning-to-end assembly).
  • Perform testing and in-process quality inspections on assemblies.
  • Follow engineering drawings, travelers, and work instructions with required sign-offs.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and microscopes (up to 10x) for precision work.
  • Document work and maintain an ESD-compliant workspace.
  • Participate in training, certifications, and quality initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for small, precise components.
  • Comfortable using computers to track work.
  • ESD training or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
  • Soldering experience and certification.
  • Prior experience in aerospace or other highly regulated industries (medical, defense, electronics).
  • Quality inspection or in-process inspection experience.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Benefits:

  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance

Application Question(s):

  • Have you performed testing or quality inspections on assemblies before?
  • Do you have experience working in aerospace or other highly regulated industries?
  • Have you ever assembled a product from beginning to end, rather than just part of a production line?
  • Can you read and follow detailed engineering drawings and work instructions?
  • Are you comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or other specialized assembly equipment?
  • Are you comfortable passing a background check?

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Work Location: In person
